1. Why isn't my fingerprint being recognized or enrolling?
You must set up a digital password before enrolling fingerprints. If a password isn't set, you won't be able to add fingerprints. Also, ensure your fingers are clean and dry, free from any dirt or moisture, as this can significantly affect recognition. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to "Add fingerprints" in Step 3 of your Quick Start Guide.
2. I entered a wrong number while setting my password. What should I do?
If you make a mistake, simply press "Reset" and then "Add" to end the current operation. You can then restart the password-setting process from Step 2 of your guide.
3. My trigger lock won't unlock with the password or fingerprint.
If this happens, first use the physical key to unlock the trigger lock. Then, check if the battery is dead. If a fresh charge doesn't resolve the issue, please contact us directly at support@onnaisafe.com for friendly service and assistance.
4. Can I turn off the sound?
Yes, you can mute the sound. Long press the "Reset" button for 3 seconds to mute the operation sounds. To turn the sound back on, simply repeat the same step.
5. How long does the battery last in standby mode?
The battery is designed to last about 3-5 months in standby mode or approximately 2000 unlocks before draining. We highly recommend charging the battery every 2 months to ensure continuous readiness. You'll know it's time to charge when you see a flashing red light and hear a continuous beeping sound (4 times) – this is your low battery warning.

I appreciate the ease of securing my weapons for regular use. This trigger lock is key. The combo is spot on, unfortunately, the thumb reader needs multiple tries. If this is a quick access necessity, try something else. The size is large for my small pistol, but the pins do a great job of sealing the trigger guard with no slop. The whole of the lock would create an uncomfortable bulge in a pocket. But overall, very pleased for casual use.

This lock is easy to set up and works on many platforms. It took me no longer than five minutes to set up each locking feature. I was happy to see a silence feature for unlocking. The lock maintains tight security for a variety of guard sizes. The finger scan requires four scans to ensure accuracy! Digital code is simple and requires 5 to 10 digits for access. With fast access and wide range of use I highly recommend this product for your safety needs!
