1: Why can't I register my fingerprint?
First, ensure your finger is clean and dry. It's also crucial to have set a digital password before attempting fingerprint registration. For a full guide, refer to the "Register your ONNAIS" section on Page 4 of your Quick Start Guide.
2. What if I make a mistake while entering my digital password?
You have two options:
Method 1: Press “OK”. If the red light flashes, simply re-enter your code following the prompts.
Method 2: Press “Exit” first, then press Set to begin the process again from the start.
3. Will the safe lock me out?
Yes, for security, the system will lock down if an incorrect password is entered more than 5 times. If this happens, you can either wait 5 minutes, or simultaneously swipe your RFID card and use your fingerprint** to unlock the safe.
4. I'm having trouble registering new RFID cards.
Make sure your RFID card is undamaged and intact. When registering, gently place it in the reading area once and avoid repeated movements.
5. My safe isn't opening with the digital code or fingerprint.
First, unlock the safe using the physical key, then charge it promptly. If the issue persists even after a full charge, please contact us at support@onnaisafe.com for assistance.
6. How do I contact support for replacements, refunds, or technical issues?
Your ONNAIS IRON SE comes with a 365-day replacement warranty and lifetime technical support. Please send an email to support@onnaisafe.com and include your order ID. We aim to respond and provide a resolution within 24 hours.

My new ONNAIS portable, rechargeable, case is awesome. It is exactly the size I needed. I can use a key to open, a fingerless touch option, and a private code option. I use the touch pad, and it is super fast. A blue light comes on when the case is first opened, for easy viewing.
The case is a strong alloy and I like the flat matte black shade. There is enough padding inside to hold everything securely, without moving inside. The case also has a usb charger option, which is much better than my previous case. The handle is easy to extend and very secure. I think the weight is about 5-6 lbs, but is easy to carry.
I am super pleased with this biometric case, and highly recommend.

One of the best buys I bought since owning a gun. It is small and light so you can take it with you. I love the fact that it has multiple security. Combination, fingerprint and key. It is very important to keep all of your firearms locked up. It's light and the size of it allows you to keep it next to your bed. The kids and grandbabies cannot get into it . It also comes with a key tap device to get into it in case you cannot remember your combination and you're not using fingerprint. It's really awesome It's very durable great product for the price I highly recommend this if you own firearms.

Slightly pricey but worth it for all that it does. Carrying handle, internal light, fingerprint scanner, key, and RFID cards included. Spacious enough for my firearm and noise cancelling ear plugs. Highly recommend!

This gun box is fabulous. Everything is the best. It works perfectly. 100% satisfied. What I don't know yet is how long the battery lasts but it can charge from a USB port in my console.
Use note: it fits under the seat of my Jeep Wrangler but I have to put it under from the rear (getting out of the car, opening the back door). The front or side opening isn't big enough to get it under the seat from there. This makes it very inconvenient to move my pistol from dash holster to locked box and back (now required in Colorado as of 1/1/2025).
