1: Why isn’t my fingerprint being recognized?
Before you can register a fingerprint, you must first create a password. If no password is set, fingerprints cannot be added. Also, make sure your finger is clean and dry, as dirt or moisture may interfere with recognition. For details, refer to Step 3: Add Fingerprints in the Quick Start Guide.
2. What if I entered the wrong number while setting my password?
Simply press “Reset” and then “Add” to cancel the process. After that, restart password setup from Step 2.
3. Why can’t I unlock the device with either my password or fingerprint?
First, unlock the trigger lock using the key. Then, check whether the battery has run out. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at support@onnaisafe.com for prompt assistance.
4. Is it possible to turn off the sound?
Yes. Press and hold the “Reset” button for 3 seconds to mute the device. Repeat the same action to turn the sound back on.
5. How long does the battery last in standby mode?
On standby, the battery typically lasts 3–5 months or about 2,000 unlocks. We recommend recharging it every 2 months.
When the battery is low, the device will flash a red light and beep 4 times continuously. If you see or hear this warning, recharge the trigger lock immediately.
6. How do I contact support for replacements, refunds, or technical issues?
Your ONNAIS IRON SE comes with a 365-day replacement warranty and lifetime technical support. Please send an email to support@onnaisafe.com and include your order ID. We aim to respond and provide a resolution within 24 hours.
