Why isn't my fingerprint being recognized or enrolling?

You must set up a digital password before enrolling fingerprints. If a password isn't set, you won't be able to add fingerprints. Also, ensure your fingers are clean and dry, free from any dirt or moisture, as this can significantly affect recognition. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to "Add fingerprints" in Step 3 of your Quick Start Guide.

I entered a wrong number while setting my password.What should I do?

If you make a mistake, simply press "Reset" and then "Add" to end the current operation. You can then restart the password-setting process from Step 2 of your guide.

My trigger lock won't unlock with the password or fingerprint.

If this happens, first use the physical key to unlock the trigger lock. Then, check if the battery is dead. If a fresh charge doesn't resolve the issue, please contact us directly at support@onnaisafe.com  for friendly service and assistance.

Can I turn off the sound?

Yes, you can mute the sound. Long press the "Reset" button for 3 seconds to mute the operation sounds. To turn the sound back on, simply repeat the same step.
