We Care Details

I'm having trouble setting my digital password.

Before setting your personal digital password, you need to clear the default one. Quickly press the "Reset" button 3 times continuously. Then, you can proceed to add your new password. For detailed instructions, refer to the "Add digital password" section on Page 3 of your Quick Start Guide.

Why can't I record my fingerprint?

You must set a digital password before recording fingerprints. Failing to do so will prevent fingerprint registration. Additionally, ensure your finger is clean, dry, and free from dirt or water to ensure proper recognition. More information can be found under "Add fingerprints" on Page 3 of your Quick Start Guide.

What if I lose my key and can't open the safe?

You can use the default password(12134353)to unlock the safe. This default password works when the safe is initially powered on without any custom settings, or after a full reset if no new settings have been applied.

The safe isn't opening with my code or fingerprint.

First, use the physical key to open the safe. Then, quickly press the "Reset" button 3 times continuously to clear all existing data. After clearing, you can then re-add your digital password and fingerprints. Also, it's a good idea to check if the batteries are dead and replace them if necessary.

Can I mute the button sounds?

Yes, you can. Quickly press the "OK" button 3 times continuously to mute the operation sounds. To unmute the sound, simply repeat the same steps.

How do I contact support for replacements, refunds, or technical issues?

Your ONNAIS IRON SE comes with a 365-day replacement warranty and lifetime technical support. Please send an email to support@onnaisafe.com  and include your order ID. We aim to respond and provide a resolution within 24 hours.

When adding more fingerprints
Be sure to add your digital password and administrator fingerprint successfully before adding more fingerprints. We suggest you try to add the edge of the fingers. You will hear 2 long beeps on the 6th time if adding successfully.

When deleting fingerprint
The indicator continues flashing red after you delete the fingerprint. Only one fingerprint can be deleted by clicking the delete button once.

PS: When the battery is low, 10 beeps will be emitted after unlocking to warn that the current safe is in a low battery state, and the battery needs to be replaced in time.
