For optimal security, we recommend securing the two upper screw holes if possible. However, if fixing them is difficult, it is essential to secure all five lower screws to ensure the gun lock is firmly mounted.

1. I'm having trouble setting my digital password. What's wrong?
Each digital password must be unique. Before adding your personal code, you need to clear the default password. Simply press the "RES" button 3 times continuously to reset it. For detailed instructions, please refer to the "Add digital password" section in your Quick Start Guide (Page 3).
2. Why can't I register my fingerprint?
You must set a digital password before registering any fingerprints. Failing to do so will prevent fingerprint recording. Also, ensure your finger is clean and dry when scanning, as dirt or moisture can interfere with recognition. Full details are in the "Add fingerprints" section of your Quick Start Guide (Page 3).
3. My safe won't open with either the code or fingerprint. What should I do?
First, use the key to open the safe. Then, quickly press the "RES" button 3 times continuously to clear all stored data. Afterward, you can re-add your digital password and fingerprints. If the issue persists, the lock might be out of power, so charge it promptly.
4. How do I delete fingerprints?
First, unlock the safe using your password, fingerprint, or key.
To Delete All Fingerprints: Press the "RES" button three times to erase all stored fingerprints and the digital password.
To Delete a Single Fingerprint: Press and hold the "RES" button for 3 seconds until the blue light flashes. Then, place the specific fingerprint you wish to remove on the scanner. A green light confirms successful deletion. Press "RES" to exit, or the system will automatically exit after 60 seconds of inactivity.

Okay, let��s talk about why you might want this bad boy. Your firearm is visible and ready to put hands on. You have 2 modes of access, both pin pad and fingerprint with a backup key. The battery lasts a long time.
My favorite part of this is that I can see and put hands on my firearm quickly. It can be mounted pretty much anywhere. In my shop it��s mounted at the door frame that I approach when someone comes in.
I tested 5 pistols from small to full frame. Optics and no optics. All fit great. I also tested to see if you could accidentally ��push�� the trigger while in the box. Not possible on any of what I tested.
The only con for me is that you can��t use a pistol with a light or laser. It needs access to the trigger guard. In that case use their flat storage box. I��ve had one for two years with no issues. Great customer service.
All in all, it��s pretty sweet and a great price. Might pick up another one for the house.

This is an awesome quick access safe. It has multiple attachment points and allows fast access to your firearm without compromising safety. I highly recommend!

I got this in hopes of having easier access to my firearm when it's secured and not being worn. It's sturdy build and rechargeable battery pack are great and the locking mechanism is easy to use and it unlocks quickly.
The down side for me was that it doesn't fit a Smith and Wesson MP 9ez without trimming the rubber cushion by about a 1/4". My pistol needed to be pushed down into the rubber cushion to both lock and unlock it when I first tried it which made me need to take my knife and trim the rubber a bit to get the lock to function and cycle properly without the need of forcing the pistol into the rubber for it to engage the lock easily or to unlock it without the locking arms binding. After the small amount of trimming I can now set my pistol in place and hit the lock button and the lock arms engage effortlessly and when I type in the code, turn the key, or touch the fingerp6reader the lock disengages fully and fast every time.
All in all I feel this is a lock box that is well designed for securement of your pistol and was made with an almost universal fit design and the need to trim a bit of rubber is t a deal breaker for me. No manufacturer can predict how universal a fit will actually be for every pistol out there. Just rest assured that if you have an S&W MP 9ez or similar sized frame pistol that this will work great but you may need to make some adjustments to the rubber cushion in the curved area where it rests against the pistol's grip as I did.

I love this gun safe! It holds my Beretta 92FS perfectly, and securely. It offers 3 different methods of releasing the weapon. 1) Fingerprint (obviously the quickest). 2) Electronic code on a 4 button pad. 3) Key. I have it mounted to the wall right next to my bed. I keep my Beretta cocked, locked, and loaded in this safe, and it's extremely secure, yet I can jump up from bed, place my finger on the pad, and release the weapon in about a second. As a bonus, there's a bracket which holds two additional magazines. I highly recommend this item!

It does what it says it do!. Worked amazingly with my 1911 although the holes only on the side limit the mounting options without turning the box upside down. It's quite heavy and feels very durable.
