You need to set a digital password before registering fingerprints. Also make sure your finger is clean and dry when scanning, as moisture, dirt, or inconsistent finger placement may affect recognition. Please refer to the Quick Start Guide for detailed setup steps.

Each digital password must be unique. Before adding your personal code, clear the default password by pressing the RES button 3 times continuously. Then follow the “Add Digital Password” section in the Quick Start Guide.

First, use the backup key to open the lock. Then press the RES button 3 times continuously to clear stored data. After that, re-add your digital password and fingerprints. If the issue continues, the lock may need to be charged.

Unlock the device using your password, fingerprint, or backup key. To delete all stored fingerprints and the digital password, press the RES button three times. To delete a single fingerprint, press and hold the RES button for 3 seconds until the blue light flashes, then place the fingerprint you want to remove on the scanner. A green light confirms successful deletion.

Defender Pro can store 80+ fingerprints, making it suitable for authorized multi-user access. For best results, register each fingerprint carefully and keep fingers clean and dry during setup.

Defender Pro can be installed near a bed, beside a nightstand, under a desk, inside a drawer, behind a door, or in select vehicle spaces. For best results, mount it securely according to the user manual and confirm that the firearm can be accessed smoothly and safely after installation.

Yes. If the battery is low, the USB-C emergency power port helps restore electronic access when needed. Connect a compatible USB-C power source, then use your registered fingerprint or digital code to unlock.

When the battery is running low, the red indicator light flashes and continuous beeps remind you to recharge the lock. For best performance, ONNAIS recommends charging the lock every 2 months.
