Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
Free standard shipping is included for all U.S. orders.
We currently cannot deliver to:
- PO Boxes
- Addresses in Puerto Rico (PR)
- APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
All Onnaisafe gun safes, lock boxes, and accessories are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse to ensure fast, reliable delivery and full order tracking.
Holiday Shipping Notice (December): Due to the Christmas holiday season and increased warehouse order volume, order processing and shipping times may experience temporary delays. We appreciate your patience during this peak period and recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
International Shipping — Canada / Australia / New Zealand
For customers in Canada, Australia, or New Zealand:
- Due to logistics limitations from our U.S. warehouse, international orders are fulfilled directly from our factory in China.
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may be higher than domestic rates.
- Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs processing.
Special Note — Australian RV Locks
RV Lock(Guard Se) ordered in Australia&Canada are shipped domestically from our local warehouse for faster delivery and lower local shipping costs.
Important Notes on Refurbished Products (Brand New Condition)
- Availability: Refurbished (brand new) products are available for purchase and delivery within the United States only.
- Condition: All refurbished products are inspected and certified prior to sale and are sold in brand new condition.
- Returns & Exchanges: All sales of refurbished items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for refurbished products.
Processing & Delivery Timelines
- U.S. Orders: Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Free standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on location.
- Canada / Australia / New Zealand: Standard international delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on destination.
Partnered Carriers
Shipments are managed through USPS, UPS, or Amazon Logistics US. Australian RV Locks orders are shipped via Australia Post or local courier partners.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed and shipped by Onnaisafe.com or Amazon FBA. For Amazon-fulfilled orders, please refer to Amazon’s delivery and return guidelines.
