Before setting your personal digital password, you need to clear the default one. Quickly press the "Reset" button 3 times continuously. Then, you can proceed to add your new password. For detailed instructions, refer to the "Add digital password" section on Page 3 of your Quick Start Guide.

Every ONNAIS RV lock includes mechanical backup keys, so you’re never locked out. The low-battery indicator provides early warning, giving you plenty of time to replace the batteries.

We recommend using four new AA alkaline batteries from the same brand. Rechargeable batteries are not advised, as they can lead to unstable voltage and affect performance.

Can multiple users operate the same RV lock?
