No. Guard Max is designed for most right-hinged RV entry doors with a standard opening of 3.75" H × 2.75" W and a door thickness of 1.25"–1.5".

It is not compatible with:

  • Class A RVs
  • Class C 2-pin door types
  • Glass doors
  • Left-hinged doors

What size doors and RV types are compatible?

How many ways can I unlock Guard Smart?

Guard Max supports four unlocking methods:

How many keypad passwords can I set?

You can set one administrator password with 5–15 digits for keypad access.

Yes. You can enter random digits before or after the correct password to help prevent others from seeing your real code. The keypad supports up to 32 digits entered at one time.

Can I create one-time passwords?

Yes. You can create up to 10 one-time passwords through the ONNAIS app. Each one-time password can be used only once.

Is the lock waterproof?

Guard Max is weather-resistant for everyday RV use, but unless an official IP waterproof rating is provided, we do not recommend describing it as fully waterproof or submergible.

For best performance, keep the silicone cover closed when the keyhole or emergency power port is not in use.

How secure is Guard Smart?

Guard Max includes a built-in internal deadbolt mechanism for reliable RV door protection. It also supports keypad password entry, anti-peeping password input, mechanical key backup, app access management, and operation history records.
